Though you can create an ICT Technician user to login to a client, they do not get web management by default for security reasons. To allow a Technician to access the web management you need to add them by going to 'System' -> 'Karoshi Web Management' -> Add a remote admin.

Fill in the form, and pick level 3 for a technician role.

They should now be able to login to the technician section of the web management.
